Due to the nature and process of customizing products, all of our yard signs are fully custom. All customized signs with or without text and artwork are final sale. This also includes blank designs as these are fully custom. Any accepted returns require fulfilling return shipping costs. We will not be able to provide a return label. We will email you return instructions.
If a refund is issued, the amount paid for YSP ORDER PROTECTION (if selected) will not be returned. Undamaged samples returned within 10 days of delivery will be issued a full refund. Samples must return in original packaging. You are required to fulfill return shipping costs. Please mention your order number on the package.
Any concern on the order must be registered within 10 days of receiving the product via email to support@yardsignplus.com. After this, no concerns will be registered.
If your order is deemed to be incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship your order free of charge. You may keep your initial received order as well due to the inconvenience. Please simply email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason of concern to support@yardsignplus.com. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.
If an order is delivered late, only the shipping fees (if any) will be refunded on a prorated basis. We fully refund the shipping fees depending on the date that your order is delivered.
